How can I prevent that the wireless network connection get broken off when I use fast user switching in windows xp? It's really annoying and prevents me from downloading things on both accounts simultaniously. I'm using xp sp2, intel 3945abg wireless card on a HP NC6400 core duo. |

Download the software from Intel for your wireless card at: http://support.intel.com/support/wireless/wlan/sb/CS-010623.htm Follow these instructions to install the Intel Wireless Client. The Intel client is a good utility I've enjoyed for over a year now. To configure it go to http://www.intel.com/support/wireless/wlan/pro2915abg/userguide90/profiles.htm |

Hi johanka-ga, It could be a problem of the preferences of wireless networks with the individual user. I'd affirm that both of the accounts have only one wireless network (hopefully your home one ;)) as the preferred network, and that both can connect individually. Also if that does not work, I would recommend another network client to override XP's. -Redshypht |
