There is a short video of a body builder posing his freakish looking
legs. This appears on multiple sites, including Google video, but it
appears to be originally from a German video page called Muskel Beine.
The soundtrack is a popular electronic / dance song, but there are no
vocals, hence no lyrics to search on. I am looking for the title and
artist for this music.

The song is "Sandstorm," by Darude.
