I'm looking information on a paper writing by William Lipsmeyer in
1999 titled Conflict and Complexity:  Requirements Engineering the
Denver International Airport Baggage-Handling System, Independent
Study, Binghamton University.

I would like find any electronic copy of the work on line asap.  Need
quick turnaround on this.

I don't find any indication that this was a published work.  Where did
you come across mention of this paper?  Is there a full citation for
it?

It was mentioned in a paper submitted to me.  The full citation in the
paper is as follows:

Lipsmeyer, W., (1999). Conflict and Complexity: Requirements
Engineering the Denver International Airport Baggage-Handling System,
Independent Study, Binghamton University.

How do you know that "W." stands for "William"? An additional source?
