I would like to know if it is deemed illegal or against ebay policy to
sell custom made clothing with bands patches that I have bought?

I live in the UK, not sure if the laws are different here?

hello wrangle. i don't know if you have heard about the dispute between bono
and his dresser.she took some of his costumes and sold them and now he
brought her to court.In your case it might not matter if the band sold
them itself.If that is the case then ebay should be able to sell them
for you.Just make sure you genuinily bought them from the band or
through someone who legally bought them from the band and you
should'nt get into and trouble!!
