In the State of Ohio and Kentucky: can underage children actually sit at a full service bar; or just in the bar area. The question would pertain to a bar affiliated with full service restaurant |

I cannot find anything in Ohio law that prohibits an underage person from sitting around a full service bar in a public restaurant. Especially since my favorite part of Ohio: An underage person may actually consume an alcohol beverage in public if it is purchased by the underage person's parent or guardian. More information: http://onlinedocs.andersonpublishing.com/oh/lpExt.dll?f=templates&fn=main-h.htm&cp=PORC Please go halfway down the side to "Title XLIII Liquor". I've scanned this entire section. Nothing to the tune of your question. Sorry! |
