I need basic market research on consumers who buy cell phones and
calling plans online within the USA. I need to know answers to the
following questions applicable to selling cell phones and calling
plans through a web site. Answers sought should be specific and not
generalized. Their sources should be cited as well.

1.	What is customers? biggest frustration when shopping for a cell phone?

2.	What is customers? biggest problem or challenge with finding a
phone that performs and/or does tasks as they need it to?

3.	What are the top ten stresses, fears, or causes of failure to close
sales in the wireless telecom market online?

4.	What specific quantifiable data backs up the validity of these
stresses, fears, or causes of failure (i.e. the proof about why they
should be afraid, worried, or stressed?)

5.	When choosing a provider/vendor in the mobility market what are the
criteria used for selection?

Hello brendoncpp,

Do you mean these criteria to be just for customers online or for cell
phone market customers in general?

Information for those only buying online will be much harder to find,
if possible at all. Would it work to find these criteria for
customers buying cell phone plans in general?
