Why might an accounting-based control system provide headquarters
management with biased information about the performance of a foreign
subsidiary?  How can these biases best be corrected.

That is nice of you, but posting several questions still looks like a
way to get his homework done, even with your voluntary assistance.
The FAQs say that obvious homework questions may be removed.

If you want to help him, urge him to do the classwork and reading that
