I am looking for live football(soccer) official data feed provider,
who be able to provide following services for the French Ligue 1 & 2.

--- Requirement ---
1. Speed - The speed of data feed providing should between 10 - 20
seconds after event happening.

2. Accuracy - The accuracy is also essential for the requirement. It
would be ideal the provider is the official data provider pointed by
the French Football Association.

3. Events contents - The live data feed should cover following
football events, corner, yellow card, red card, penalty, goal,
substitution, throw-in, match kick-off, first half finish, 2nd half
starting, full time, extra time.

Press Association (PA) Sports is the official data feed provider for
most of UK game, e.g. Premiership, championship, league one, league
two, etc. They provide different live text feed services for gambling,
newpaper, TV, etc purpose. Because of the speed requirement, the
so-called "live alert" service provide 1 - 2 second betting market
suspension service for bookmakers.

I do not think it covers ligue 2 and I also do not think you'll find
exactly what you are looking for in regards to ligue 2 as such a site
wouldn't exist.

the english football league is a lot more popular and has major
backing from skysports.

From my experience, there are companies in France provide football
data as service or product to bookmakers. And in most of the case, the
web site result will not be good enough for me to consider. I think
the key idea is to find the company who provide this type of service.
Then I can just ask them what league they can cover.

That is my experience on the UK league match searching.
