I will be making a trip to Vienna from Oct 28 to Nov 5 and need to
arrange accomodation. I need indications for it before I leave on Oct
27th.

My requirements,

Price - is important and should be lower than 100 Euros a day, the
lower the better.
Location - During Oct 29 and Nov 1, I will be attending a conference
at the Hilton Vienna (Address: Stadtpark 3 A-1030), so transportation
cost and time is something to consider. During the rest of the time, I
intend to do some sightseeing, cycling.

Other aspects: 
I will be travelling alone and need a place where I can also use some
time for study and writing. I am a professor of business
administration and will be using the time to write articles with my
notebook. A table in the room with a broadband internet connection is
almost a necessity.

I will be happy with one "perfect" recommendation, but if it is not
the ideal one in some respect, I would prefer to have a couple of
additional options to choose from.

I was just looking at your price range in Vienna.  All websites give
