I cant click and open subfields. when im on a web page and part of it
is highlited that your suppose to click on to go somewhere else.
nothing happens.
I can be on the same webpage on my home computer and it works, but not
on my lap top. And this just started. The lap top use to work.  One
more thing, how do i change the funtions of the keys,if you noticed i
dont use any question marks its because when i go Upper Case forward
slash this happens É and é in lower case. other key are doing weird
things to.

Hello, 

I am not 100% sure what you mean by the first part of your
question but I would advise you to download Firefox from here:
(www.getfirefox.com), install that and use it for web browsing.
(They're actually releasing Firefox 2 later today so it's your lucky
day!)

It also sounds like you may have incorrect keyboard mapping on your
computer. Check out the language setting by going here:

START -> settings -> control panel -> Regional and Language settings ->
Languages TAB -> Details button

And ensure it is in your native language.

Your keyboard is set-up in French or something like that.  You have to
go to the config pannel
