I'm an expatriate in Hong Kong looking for a Mail Forwarding service that will provide me with a business address in New York City. I see many virtual office companies that can do that for me, but I prefer a service that would scan my mail for me so I don't have to wait for critical correspondence forwarded through expensive couriers. Are there companies that can provide this service from New York? |

Hello bpsc, Thank you for bringing your question to Google Answers. Here is a company that does precisely what you ask. CityVOffice == New York's Virtual Office Bureau http://www.cityvoffice.com/Browse/MailForwarding/src=G+kw=Mailforwarding "The Mail Manager puts you in full control of your postal mail. View scanned images of your envelopes and parcels as soon as they are received. Request and view full content scans of time-critical correspondence. Have junk mail shredded to avoid unnecessary postage charges. Have the rest forward-shipped to you anywhere in the world, on-demand or according to a schedule that you pre-determine." They were the only company I could find willing to do this from New York City. There are some othes in Las Vegas and Beaverton, Oregon. The Oregon one looks promising and they say that they will add other addresses soon so I'll provide you with their information, too. Remote Control Mail http://www.remotecontrolmail.com/ Search terms: mail forwarding scanning service nyc mail forwarding nyc scan If you need any additional clarification, let me know and I'll be glad to assist you. --keystroke-ga |
