I would like an estimate on the number of units that have been sold to
date since product release (July 13, 2006) of the Nike+ Apple Ipod Sports
kit. This is a US$29 system co-branded between Nike and Apple for sale
in the US, and I believe Canada and the UK. A receiver plugs into the
IPod nano and receives data from a wireless sensor that is embedded in
the shoe of an athlete.
Please include all references and supporting information. A correct
answer must satisfy this answer with a reasonable degree of confidence
and strong supportive evidence. |

Dear Frankie1234,
I can provide you with the number of Nike Apple Plus Sport Kit units
that were sold up until September 12, 2006.
More up to date numbers do not appear to be available yet.
Would this information work for you?
Can I post my findings and the sources with links to the information
as the answer to your question?
Sincerely,
Bobbie7

Dear Bobbie7,
I believe I have the information that you speak of already - if it is
the Steve Jobs video statement of 450K units sold until Sep12. I'm in
fact looking for an updated number since then (if possible)).
Thanks very much
