I am seeking information on MMORPG development companies.
I am interested in large mmorpgs only. I consider a large mmorpg to be
any mmorpg in the list of 70,000 - 700,000 found at:
http://www.mmorpgchart.com/
The game must have been developed after 2003.
The questions I require answers for:
1.) What is the average number of programmers involved in the
development from start to release?
2.) What is the average number of artists involved in the development
from start to release?
3.) What is the average cost to bring a game to fruition?
4.) Average pay for a programmer / developer

Any additional information will be greatly appreciated.
