You need the 11 digit serial # from the unit in order to get that
information from them. You have to give them that # over the phone and
then they transfer you to an internal department depending on the
serial # for installation instructions.

Do you have that #? If you do, I can instruct you who to contact to
get the installation instructions either e-mailed or USPS mailed to
you.
