Sotheby's International Realty is offering franchises to some local (USA)
real estate firms.  WHAT IS THE FRANCHISE FEE TO THE LOCAL FIRM?  IS
THERE A SET FEE (for example, does Sotheby's take 4 or 5% of the gross
commissions of each real estate transaction the local firm completes)?
