I'm thinking this is an impossible question.

During the time I wrote this note there are probably thousands of new
gmail/hotmail/yahoo etc etc etc email names being created.

Yea i bet you are right. the current population of the USA is
295,734,134 approximately. Lets take that each US citizen has 3 email
accounts .Now do the math and you'll come close to the actual number
of email accounts
