Relocating to the Philly area - looking for help in finding a builder/community.

1. New-build only
2. SF only
3. One-story only
4. Will also consider "active adult" communities.
5. No kids, so school district is not a consideration.
6. Convenient for a downtown commute yet close to shopping/a mall (for
my wife). :-)

We know nothing about the area. How is the NJ side? Higher taxes?
Longer commute?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Will also consider a new townhome community as well. (Regardless of
home type, we do need a two-car garage.) Thanks!

There are real estate agens that do this for a living at no cost to
you. Contact a Phil. agent.

New Jersey has some of the highest taxes in the country. It also has
what are probably the highest auto insurance rates (example: the same
car that would cost $300 to insure elsewhere for six months would cost
$1,000 in New Jersey).
