I would like to be able to order two or three custom printed Bibles
(yes, no bulk order requirements please) where I can choose most of
the following characteristics:

1.  At least the font type
2.  Translation
3.  Page measurements
4.  Binding
5.  Paper type

I suspect this is likely unheard of, so let me explain what I want
from a different perspective:

1.  I'm tired of the same Times New Roman / Cardo / Bembo -esque fonts.
2.  I'm tired of the same super thin paper (now I know they need to
fit those pages in one codex, but I'd like to have a slight increase
in page weight.
3.  I'd like to be able to print a Bible in different dimensions, oh,
perhaps the in the Golden ratio of Phi.
4.  I'd like to be able to include blank pages at the end of each
chapter or at least book.

I don't want a fancy study bible for men, women, teens, or in cheap
ass paperback.  Just straight up Bible presented in a much more
pleasant and 21st century manner.

Look at Blurb.com and Lulu.com. They don't have all the requirements
but everyone has to compromise, right?

Blurb, Lulu, Cafepress, etc. would only be suitable for The King James
Version of the Bible, since all other translations are copyrighted. In
addition, you'd have to cut and paste (or type) this version into your
own file (a major task!) and format it yourself.
