I want to know if my Alpine MRV-1507 will be able to power a 3 ohm
suboofer. Namely, I want some kind of indication that this mobile
amplifier can be either 2-ohm or 3-ohm stable. I understand that
Alpine's official word is that it is 4 ohm stable but I've heard
rumors that it can be stable at lower resistances.

I also want to know if there are any subwoofers that are pretty much
unanimously cited to be as good as either a jl audio 12w7 or 13w7
subwoofer. I want to find a sub that performs well in terms of both
Sound Quality and Sound Pressure Levels. Please let me know if any
clarification is needed
