I need to contract a reliable business in the republic of china that
operates a network of room based video-conferencing services with
proper ISDN\IP connections. Where can i find one that can work on
western standarts?

How many days will stay .If you just work a short time ,you can work
in almost  hotels ,the Star-rated hotels is  the first Choice.
If you would work  long time.You can Tenants a room ,the  service you
can got it very esay just told your Landlord.

Republic of China stands for Taiwan(ROC), People's Republic of
China(PRC) stands for "China", which country you mean for ?
