Hi,

I have Win XP Home, Windows Defender installed on my laptop. All Good.
When I try to install Sony Personal Navigation Software it comes wityh fault:

Couldn't find library MSVCR80.dll (required by
C:\PROGRA~1\WIFD1F~1\MpShHook.dll)
Please ensure that it is installed

Sony is useless and can't help of course.

How to fix it? There are plenty of forums but they are mostly related
to the Windows Defender fault of problems with Norton Doctor what
ever. Not withe problems of the real applications.
Thanks a lot.
