I have written a book using Microsoft Works 7.0's word processor (.wps
files) and wish to make it some type of ebook to sell (maybe 100 pages). I
need to keep the font style (georgia), and graphics EXACTLY how they
appear in the documents. I DO NOT want to convert it to .pdf. I have
checked out ebook compilers (html and pdf) and their software is very
complicated. The best example is desktopauthor (.com), but would take
me forever to navigate their software and start from scratch. I would
be willing to pay someone to create it for me. Any suggestions?

You said that you wouldn't use PDF but that'd be the easiest way to go!
https://www.pdfonline.com/convert_pdf.asp will do it free... give it a try.
