I am looking for a free spreadsheet, either online or downloadable,
that calculates cash flow, costs, and eventual gain of having a rental
property.  e.g. something where I enter purchase price, amount
financed, rent, prop taxes, yearly increase % of those items, average
yearly appreciation percentage of the property, etc.
