I have a full size futon i bought from wal-mart a few months ago and i
need to order replacement parts. the brand was home trend and i need
the bars that slide inside the frame that keep the middle stable and
connected. i called around some wal marts and they didnt have the
number to home trend.

I hope that pafalafa-ga is correct with the Mississauga company, but I don't
think that lead will pan out.

Hometrend is a "house brand" of Wal-Mart, so their corporate offices might be
the best route to go.

You can call Wal-Mart toll free at (800) 925-6278 between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM
Central Time, Monday through Friday.

I contacted Walmart at 1-800-WAL-MART (1-800-925-6278) and spoke with
a call center representative.

They state you can contact HomeTrend at 1-866-473-8764 for replacement parts.

I didn?t do a google search for this question, I just went to Walmart.com.

If this answer requires further explanation, please request
clarification before rating it, and I'll be happy to look into this
further.
