No, no difference. If we accept that the managerial world is a competitive environment such that companies with poor managerial function are more likely to fail than their competitors then competitive pressures are the force that have created current managerial practices. The competitive pressure is market created and the same whether men or women are at the top. Essentially both sexes have to accept the most efficient practices or they will be eliminated from the marketplace. |
