I am trying to locate rather specific grant funding for an educational
outdoor recreational center to service youths aged 10-16. 

I am aware of general small program grants but am looking for a few major
on-going grants to cover the operating expenses of this facility.  The
project description and other details follow:

1-	Designed with a focus on youths from broken families including
those in the foster care system. Many of these youths are considered
to be in need of preventative programs.  Although I don?t agree with
the labeling, such youth are commonly referred to as ?At Risk?.
2-	The demographic area to be serviced would be rural, low income, NYS.    
3-	The facility would offer camping, fishing, horseback riding,
hiking, wildlife lectures, workshops, snowshoeing & small museum.
4-	This would be a non-profit entity operated by my husband and
myself. I have a Master?s degree in School Counseling and he is a
certified NYS teacher experienced working with incarcerated youth.
5-	Our philosophical emphasis is Resiliency Theory Based.
6-	We seek affiliation with school districts as an ?approved?
educational field trip destination.

I am seeking 3 MAJOR sources of funding that in the past have funded
projects like these and are actively providing funding now.
