The confident candidate will take over the job interview, by showing that he knows far more about the company than the interviewer and by posing lots of challenging questions. The nervous candidate will try to hide, possibly under the interviewer's desk and he will have to be coaxed into making any sort of response. Of course, neither of them will get offered the job. |
