1. Can a Pass Line bet be increased? We've seen one or two rules that
state 'yes' and numerous rules that state 'no'. Which rule is correct,
and if both are acceptable, which one should we use ( can affect house
edge )?

2. Can a Don't Pass Line bet be decreased? Can it be removed? We've
seen several rules that state 'yes', but still quite a few that state
'no'. Our understanding is that it is advantageous to the house if a
player decreases or removes their Don't Pass bet.

3. Similar to #1: Can a Come bet be increased? We've seen one rule
that explicitly states 'no'; all others claim that a Come bet behaves
the same as a Pass Line bet, but don't explicitly state one way or the
other.

4. Similar to #2: Can a Don't Come bet be decreased or removed?

Concerning House Edge:
1. Our vigorish is 5%, which appears to be the norm. We also collect
it on placement and do not return it if the bet is taken down. It
seems that some casinos now only collect the vigorish if the player
wins, and some return it if taken down. Should we stick with the
current approach?

Thanks!
