I need to find "proof" that my website was online on or prior to Aug
30 2005. I need to show the Main Content was uploaded by that date,
NOT an Under Construction page. Is there some website or service that
can provide me with a cache/image of my site from that Date to
determine it's state at that time???

Could you provide the address of your website (unless that would
reveal too much private information about you)?

The actual website URL is unnecessary as the WHOIS Dates are
meaningless as we need to determine when exactly the Main Site Content
was uploaded in place of the Under Construction page and I am only
asking for a Source, not for the actual Cache itself.

Since the date in question is Aug 30 2005, a Cache of that site from
that date would be the best evidence. I contacted the Hosting Co but
they dont have account activity history like that on their servers for
more than 1 month at a time.

Other creative solutions are welcome - I must essentially prove the
consumer content was uploaded/"site live to the public" on that date
or prior...

Well, the URL is not completely meaningless. Please follow this link
to the Wayback Machine archive of cached websites:
http://www.archive.org/web/web.php

Enter the address of your site and click the "Take me back" button.
With a little bit of luck, there is a cached version of your website
for the said time span.

Thank you for the Link. Unfortunately, my site was not archived by
them anytime in 2005. I think I will check my old Web Statistics
progam and see if it shows anything if I can find it in the mean
time...
