Hi, I'm a freelancer from Chicago and it's of great importance to
me which freelancing portals/websites offer PayPal withdrawal option
for their members.
I don't want to sign up on those which don't provide PayPal
withdrawing option, because I'm using PayPal for quiet a long time so
far, and don't want to waste my time on familiarizing myself with
another payment methods.
Please list at least 15 websites if possible (freelancer portals
connecting freelancers and webmasters) that offer PayPal withdrawals
for their members with terms and conditions on such withdrawals.

Thanks in advance!

Hello Easterangel,
Thank you for your answer but you've provided me with a number of sites
(http://www.abclance.com/cgi-bin/free/search.cgi?showstatus=open&submit=Search&keywords=
http://www.hiregeeks.com/cgi-bin/browseprojects.cgi
http://freelanceprogramming.net/search.php?showstatus=open
http://www.geolance.com/
http://www.freelanceyourproject.com/

that have only a few users (freelancers/buyers) registered. They are
of no use to me, because on such portals I won't be able to sell my
services efffectively.
Please substitute those with new ones that are popular (you can look
alsofor specialized sites like http://www.joomlancers.com) and have a
lot of members/open projects.
