This is a career advice question for my younger brother. He wants to
come to USA for Masters in Computer Science. Here is his profile and I
need some help picking a list of 8 colleges to submit his application:
1) Male-24 Age. Bachelors in Computer science with Distinction- INDIA
2) Two years of work experience as Progammer with Tata Consulting Service
3) Many certificates for sports (soccer)
4) Excellent school results, college results and overall very strong academics
5) No certification exams

Finally, I myself have done graduation at syracuse and have a good
idea of USA graduation studies. I would personally like him to study
on the East Coast, but would be great if someone can give me a list of
10 colleges based on the following criteria:

1) Strong reputation/nice professors and challenging study program.
2) Per credit fees between ($300-600)
3) If the fees are greater than ($600) then what are the possibilities
of getting the funding.
4) Chances of getting an internship.

I have memberships to usa.com , vault.com and many many other
sites...I just need to take general opinion ...need not be detailed
but within the above mentioned budget..Please let me know if the price
is low..will surely increase the price.
