What financial services are there that would provide me with a firm's
current year earnings, 5 year forecasted earnings growth, the previous
3 years earnings growth rate, cash on balance sheet, and market
capitalization? I want to come up with an estimate of the instrinsic
value of firms and compare that to market cap. I would like to create
a screening mechanism that would automatically go through all publicly
traded stocks so that I can focus on especially undervalued stocks
(maybe shooting the undervalued stocks into an Excel spreadsheet). How
could I go about doing this? Thanks.

I've found free screens (like Yahoo!Finance) to be a bit of a blunt
instrument. I would like data on each publicly traded stock so that I
can come up with an estimate of instrinsic value for each stock and
then individually compare that to market cap. Ideally, I would like to
shoot these undervalued stocks into an Excel spreadsheet and have
stocks that are newly undervalued brought to my attention each day. If
data sources are global in nature, that would be even better.

or just www.valueline.com

Although a three month subscription is available for $75, many
libraries and nearly all Business Schools (those offering MBAs) have
access to these databases.
