Howdy senleo-ga,

"Can a case of shaving cream be mailed to Europe from the US? (Aerosol) AND
(ORM-D)?"

No, it can't be mailed ORM-D.

United States Postal Service - "Appendix D Hazardous Materials Definitions"
http://pe.usps.com/text/pub52/pub52d.html

"ORM-D category is recognized for use within the United States only. ORM-D
materials cannot be sent in international mail."

"If NO, how can one ship it?"

You can possibly ship it, with some possible restrictions, via Federal Express
(FedEx) or United Parcel Service (UPS).

FedEx - Dangerous-Goods Shipping - Shipping Information
http://www.fedex.com/us/services/options/express/dangerousgoods/hidden.html

"Internationally, accessible dangerous goods [which includes aerosols] may
only be shipped by FedEx International Priority, FedEx International Priority
Freight, FedEx International Premium or FedEx International Express Freight(IXF)."

UPS - UPS Carrier Variations
http://www.ups.com/content/us/en/resources/prepare/idg/information/variation.html

"UPS will accept and transport the following classes of IDG [International
Dangerous Goods] in the quantities specified in the Accepted Table. All
packages must be eligible for carriage by passenger aircraft."

You should read the above pages in detail to see what both companies offer.

Both FedEx and UPS have their own specifc rules, regulations and limitations
that must be followed, so you are best off calling them and seeing what hoops
must be jumped through in order to get your shaving cream shipped.

For instance, there will no doubt be "Shipper's Declaration for Dangerous
Goods" forms and possibly "Special Handling Fees" as well.

FedEx - Dangerous-Goods Shipping - Declaration Forms
http://www.fedex.com/us/services/options/express/dangerousgoods/declarationforms.html

FedEx - Dangerous-Goods Shipping - Special Handling Fees
http://www.fedex.com/us/services/options/express/dangerousgoods/fees.html

Here are the phone numbers that you should use to contact both of the above
companies in regards to shipping dangerous goods internationally.

- FedEx - 800.463.3339 - Press 81
- UPS - 800.554.9964

If you need any clarification, please feel free to ask.
