I have a question about quick claim deeds...I bought a house under my
name (loan is under my name) for my step-daughter and her husband.
They are planning on selling this house. They have been living in it
for the past 2 and 1/2 years...i am the only one on the title...can I
add my daughter to the title and since she has been living there for
over two years, avoid paying capital gains tax on the property at the
time of sale?
