I am interested in knowing the following: 1) Corporate training in america and worldwide that takes place via tele-conference calls. Specifically how many calls on a daily or weekly basis, what kind of training and if the calls get recorded for later access and distribution, then how does that take place? 2) Training and education in the health care industry, specifically in the home care niche. How do directors and compliance officers communicate from a top down to nurses and home caretakers? 3) How much of training within government departments take place over tele-conference calls. |
