JRCG Holdings appears to be a real company.
But there are so many warning flags that go up when looking into their
internet presence, that I would urge a strong note of caution before
doing any business dealings with them.
For starters, their website has many of the characteristics of
less-than-reputable businesses. They describe themselves as a
substantial company with global leadership in many areas of business.
Yet, they provide absolutely no specific details -- Who are their
clients? What contracts have they worked on? Who are the principles
in the company, and what are their backgrounds?
Even getting JRCG's phone number is a mind-numbing challenge. When
you click on their "Contact Us" page, here's what they tell you:

That's quite a blurb, specially for a company that's only been around
since 2003. Yet they don't name a single government agency or
department that they do business with. Furthermore, I checked the
federal US government's central database of contractors:

Whatever governments they're doing business with, it's not the federal
government in the US!

Annual sales $85,000???? Two employees? This hardly sounds like
the global financial enterprise described on the company's website.
One last thing. I searched a number of in-depth newspaper databases
for mention of JRCG Holdings and came up empty-handed (which probably
explains why the site does not have a "Press" section). Again, a
company as globally-important as they say they are should have popped
up somewhere, I would think.
None of this is to say that JRCG Holdings might not have a dynamite
business plan and are just waiting to explode into greatness.
But for the moment, I would certainly suggest finding out a great deal
more about their actual company -- who is involved, and what have they
actually done -- before getting involved with them.
