I am looking for software that lets me capture images(screen captures)
of video files. this is how i want it to work:
1. the program has to auto load video files 
2. then start capturing full screen images of the video at a set interval.
3. then save them based on time code and name of movie
4. then auto load the next video

Command line/batch processing is a must. I have searched all the lame
ass programs that do screen capturing so don't refer them unless they
accomplish all my requirements.
