For the following countries:

UK (Scotland + Ireland), 
USA, 
Canada,
Australia, 
New Zealand. 

I need:

1. a list (with urls) of Recruitment Agents (those having websites
with Job Listings)

I would hopefully like to get the top 25 Agents for each country - 
(Separate Agencies- Not Branches or Franchisees of same parent company)
- With IT specific Agencies in a separate list


NB: Please do not include sites that aggregate or offer paid or free
listings for multiple agents. I am only interested in the Agents
sites.

Could you please explain what you mean by 
"UK (Scotland + Ireland)"

(1) The Republic of Ireland as a six country? 
(2) In the UK, concentrate only on Scotland and Northern Ireland and
neglect agencies in England and Wales?
(3) Something else that I haven't thought of?

Amendment - I would be happy with just UK Mainland ie England but if
you find any in the other territories please add them to the mix

The first one gives the possibility to have a list selected by domain
and by county.
First you must choose the domain you are interested in. Then you can
choose the county (UK, Scotland, Wales, Ireland)

The second website is a full list ( I hope so) with recruitment agencies in UK.
