Hello. A few weeks ago, I stumbled upon a web site where you can
purchase a "monthly" membership that will allow you to purchase
gasoline gift cards at a discounted rate.  The web site had a catchy
name like:  www.discountgascards.com  or something similar. I need
assistance in locating this or a similar site.  If someone can send me
the link or links, I would be so grateful!
