I am age 74. Some time ago I switched to using an optical mouse. I
developed osteoarthritis in the fingers of the hand that I used for
it. I switched to the other hand. Now the index finger of that hand
has stiffened up. Are there any reports/suspicion that radiation from
an optical mouse can cause osteoarthritis? Thanks.

I think that it's more likely to be the shape of the mouse that is the problem.
