i recently got verizon wireless broadband, it uses my cell phone as a modem. i need it to stay connected all the time. When i plug in my ethernet cable which connects me to a LAN internet connection, windows xp disconnects my dial up connections within 20 seconds. It seems that windows thinks the dial up connection is no longer needed, but i actually need them both connected at the same time. I have already configured my advanced dial up setting to not "disconnect when no longer needed" | |
