With or without prescription, please? I am assuming without, given the
nature of your request. In this case, I understand your desire to
ensure the tablets are legitimate, and am aware of several pharmacies
South of the border which I know to be perfectly so, through personal
experience.
Thank you in advance for your clarification!

Thank you.
I assume you are in U.S and that you are referring to Mexico?
Probably without prescription as i am not sure if my u.k prescription
would be valid elsewhere.

Hi There!
It appears that it has been discontinued in the UK for "commercial"
reasons--a large-scale study in the UK allegedly indicated Uprima was
ineffective, as 65 percent of patients had stopped using the drug,
according to their doctors.

My apologies for assuming you to be in the US. Upon initial research,
I was under the initial impression that it was available in most of
Europe and the UK, making me default to you being American.
I would really like to get you this answer, and am ensuring what I
know about prescription policies between countries and legitimate vs.
faux versions of prescriptions in Mexico is valid and verifiable.
FWIW, I have filled prescriptions in the US written by a doctor in the
UK. I really think it would work in the UK-Mexico direction, as well.
Are you comfortable purchasing meds from Mexico? I am able to direct
you to quality, legitimate sources.
Thanks. I do hope we can get this taken care of for you.

igr43-ga,
In addition to trying the Mexico route, you might also want to contact
this specialized service in the UK for hard-to-obtain medicines:
http://www.idis.co.uk/about/corpinfo.asp
We operate on a global basis and are expert in the sourcing and supply
of unlicensed and difficult to source licensed medicines.
Let me know if that works for you.
