I can certainly help you. I split up the never-ending sentence into
shorter ones for the translation (the Swiss seem to be just as fond of
writing endless sentences as my German countrymen):

"The coffee makers, draperies, posters, chairs, tables, machines,
medicaments, clocks, banknotes and other achievements in the history
of Swiss design deserve esteem ? others emulate them. The programme
for the medium-sized businesses deserves esteem, too ? it is the one
