bind a policy to someone with just a learner?s permit. I know

All right-- another question. Does this involve a teenager who will be
on a parents' policy or does this involve an adult who would be on
his/her own policy?

I am 21 years old, and adult, who want's his own policy.

I currently have a learner's permit, and won't get my license until
after some driving experience with the Eclipse.

The best thing to do is to call around and find the best deal.. That
is what I did and it worked out for me. A lot of the firms I
contacted either hung up on me, or said call again later. It does not
take long to find the good companies so call around, or even use the
internet, i may suggest that belairdirect gives their quote with as
many as 5 other places and thir qote even if it is lower. I hope that
this helps you out.
