Who is the private label manufacturer for the Fitzwell brand?  Is all
design and sourcing handled internally at Zappos, or does a contract
shoe manufacturer handle the design and Zappos picks and chooses?

The registered trademark FITZWELL is owned by Zappos.com, Inc.so its
their brand. Now, which international factories they contract out to,
to produce the shoes???
