Hello,

We are a flood certification company looking to partner with several
banks using the FiServ easyLender and EasyAccess Loan Origination
Software.  They have a part that will send a Synchronous XML request
to our web server that holds all the information for us to then do the
flood certification, then we must create an XML reponse with an
embedded PDF and send it back.

Is there anyone who knows of software that will help us do this easily
and efficiently?  Or a service?  Or is this something we could program
ourselves in PHP?
