I assume that the author meant to say:
"Tình hình d?o này sao r?i?"
which translates to:
"What's the situation now?" or "How is the current condition?"

I fail to understand why people do not give a 5-Star rating for a
$2.00 question when the GARs answer their question in full with
offering of a clarification. You guys do realize that the Researchers
value their ratings just like you'd value a performance review at
work, right?

i agree with nycxtreme. i read the questions and i think the
researchers go above board in answering. i am not easily impressed by
anything, but the researchers do impress me. i believe i was last
impressed in 1957 watching jim brown run for a touchdown against the
new york giants where 9 of the 11 giant football players at least
touched him. probono.... that is equivalent of george bestr scoring a
goal while drunk
