Question ID: 781779
I would like to know if there are more classified web sites like craiglist.com ?
Particulary, I would like to make some project and I need to find a
partner or hire someone.
Yes, I know there are big sites like careerbuilder.com or monster.com,
but they are too expensive for me to search resumes as example.
Also there are freelancer web sites like guru.com which can fit my need maybe.
So before I go, I would like to know if there is anything I missed ? :)
What would you be a suggestion ?
Thanks.

jimmart-ga,

Hello, and thanks for bringing your question here.

There are quite a number of sites where you can find professionals for
hire who can assist you for all sorts of projects, and under very
broad variety of circumstances.

Depending on your particular needs, one or more of the sites below
will likely suit your purpose.

However, if you look them over and find you still need additional
resources, just let me know by posting a Request for Clarification,
and I'll be glad to assist you further.

Best of luck with your efforts,

Finally, I thought it might be useful to read about one person's
real-world experience participating in these types of services from a
service-provider's point of view:

and here's another with some cautionary comments along with some
positive experiences from those using these services to hire people:

I'll be glad to look for some more resources, but it would help to
have just a bit more information from you:

1. Is there anything wrong with the sites I provided? Do they not
meet your needs?

2. Can you tell me anything more about your project, and what type of
person/people you are looking for? If you have need of a special set
of skills, it would help to know that.

Thanks,

pafalafa-ga

Well, im about to make a web site about JOBs stuff. Hare to explain yet, but I
try to gathering as much information as possible about where people
can find work over internet.
As much as I could find already, if you looking thru web, you seems
can use careerbuilder and monster, if u plan to use a freelancer, then
i find some and you add few. But I yet not sure if there are others
good classified sites (like craiglist.com) and I totally not sure if
there are avaliable FORUMS with JOB related section. Can you help me
to find out the good resources ?
I was no mean to find specific web sites for specific jobs, just
talking about general solutions.
