I cannot access a Yahoo E-Mail address.  I have lost my password.  
The information that I used to create the account (D.O.B., Zip Code,
and etc.) is lost to me as well. I cannot retrieve the password.  Does
Yahoo have some sort of a process,
that I as an E-Mail address User/Owner, can request confidentially a
lost password?  How can regain access to my Yahoo E-Mail account?

The only possible way you could do this is if you know the secondary
email address you hopefully provided when you signed up.

In the future, be careful with your signup process!

If you've lost your D.O.B. your mother should be able to help.

Ask her to write to you with your D.O.B. and, when the envelope
arrives, you can recover your Zip Code. (It will be at the bottom.)

Since this person apparently used a bogus D.O.B. and zip code, Mommy
won't be of any use...
