What I was trying to do with my $2 posting, was to expand the base of
researchers directed to my $200 question in "Business & Money"  by
placing a notice under "Reference, Education and News"

If you can come up with any ideas how to make as many researchers as
possible aware of my $200 question, that would answer the question
satisfactorily.

It would help if you LINKED to your question so Researchers don't have
to change the ID# in the address bar:

Another thing you can do is bump your Q to the "top" by posting a
"clarification" every morning and again in the mid afternoon.
